  • Pallet shipping is the standard delivery method used for most orders.

  • Shipping rates for palletized deliveries are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on:

    • weight and dimensions,

    • delivery address,

    • chosen pallet size.

  • All wines are shipped in their original cases, securely packed and not repackaged, ensuring that products arrive in perfect condition.

  • For select customers and special requests, we offer personal, tailor-made delivery services.

  • Costs for personal delivery are not calculated at checkout. Instead, they are agreed individually with the customer based on:

    • urgency of the order,

    • specific requirements (e.g. delivery to yacht, event, or private location).

  • Customers will be contacted directly after placing the order to arrange details, confirm availability, and provide a custom delivery quote.
